Sharp FO 5800 – Working To Help Save You Money
After a little checking around and asking friends, we finally settled on a Sharp FO 5800 Printer – FO 5800 toner cartridge deciding this is the combo fax and printer for us. This great technology was exactly what our group needs, a good all in one fax machine.
Our group needs something reliable that will do everything and because we are just starting out and don’t have a lot of capital yet, we wanted something inexpensive too. The Sharp FO 5800 printer and fax is designed to be versatile and has all the features needed should my needs expand to needing to do higher volumes of fax jobs. Like, doing direct marketing and sales flyers, etc. I also liked the fact that it is not a huge unit, it fits nicely in my office space.
In the past our group has spent a lot of time and money trying to reach a new customer base. We now will have the Sharp to enable us to do things quickly, efficiently and at a lower cost than mailing.
With this new all in one Sharp FO 5800 fax and printer, we can also scan pictures for our newsletters and quickly print copies. We’re able to do a print job and turn around and fax it to multiple people right away from the same unit.

It is not only a support center but an awesome place to look up answers to any questions not covered in your Sharp manual. All you do is enter your faxes model and voila! Answers galore! There are loads of great suppliers selling our toner also all the other supplies and parts for a Sharp all in one fax machine. Toner can be really costly for laser printers, and after doing a search found there are many places carrying toner cartridges. Some of the sites are selling “compatible” cartridges and refill kits which is a popular thing these days. Always use FO 5800 printer toner cartridge.
Most electronics companies, especially manufacturers of items using toner, will not recommend using refilled or “compatible” FO 5800 printer cartridge in their machines. The reason for that is, they don’t guarantee the safety of any product other than their own brand name. If you are going to use compatible cartridges, then make sure it comes with a manufacturer’s guarantee on the product you are buying. Make sure it is a reputable company. One way to check is to do a search on the brand you are buying to see if anyone has reported any problems.
