Is wireless home theater worth it? Is it as good as the wired one?

Planning to get one! Was thinking if I did not have to run wires accross the room. Trying to find out if wireless home theater is worth giving a bet ..!??

It would be nice if someone who has this kind of system could share his/her experience with it!
