Is there a noticable difference in using a 1.1 HDMI cable versus a 1.3 HDMI cable on a Blu-Ray dvd player?

Do I need to replace the cable or does it really matter? Just wondering how much if any it really affects the picture quality when using a blu-ray dvd player. I have monster cable for TV but only basic 1.1 cable for the dvd player.
