Getting Frustrated With My Computer
Like most people I have at some points become frustrated with my computer. Until latley though the issue was becoming ridiculous. The computer was so slow it was driving me mad and it was always crashing. In fact compared to how my computer was when I first purchased it I would say that my computer was about eighty percent slower. In fact the computer had become so slow that it made me think of my of my old ZX spectrum in that I used to turn it on and go off and do something else while it loaded up.
Anyway having endured the problems with the computer for several months I finally snapped and decided that I was either going to fix the computer or buy a new one. With new computers being costly I knew I had to consider the idea of fixing my current computer. I began, as most people would do, by searching the Internet. Once I had scanned the web and read a whole load of articles I complied a lits of possible soultions. The first soultion was to de frag the computer hard drive. I did this but it had little effect. The second potential solution to the problem was to remove unwanted spy ware and viruses from the computer. I used some software called AVG which did make a diffrence to how the computer ran. The computer was still not as good it it once was though so I moved on to the last possible solution which was to scan the computer for registry errors. Having run a free registry check, the registry checker I used identified around about one hundred and twenty errors. It did cost $30 for the software but it was a wise decision as it made a big difference to the speed of my computer. I guess the lesson is that if you are prepared to put the time in, repairing your computer you can save a lot of money.
