Can you leave a plasma or any flat screen TV in an unheated home during the winter or will it freeze?

We have a seasonal beach house and would like to get a plasma or LCD tv down there like we have at home. Because these TV’s have liquid crystals will they freeze and ruin the tv when the house in unheated during the winter months here in CT? Do we have to just keep our regular TV down there?
