The RAM or the random access memory stands as the short term memory bank of the PC. It is the one that allows you to open multiple windows and several programs without crashing the system. The more memory you have, the more programs you will be able to open simultaneously in faster rates. It is also defined through gigabytes like the hard drive.

The graphics memory card is the one responsible for the picture quality of a Computer. The higher the gigabyte of the graphics card, the better will be the colors. Pictures will be more vivid and less pixelized.
